You don’t need to be a chef or a cook; all it takes is a passion for food and the foresight of entrepreneurs. We provide everything, from setting up the restaurant to sourcing raw materials.
Here are the tools we immediately make available to you:

Professional financial planning.

  • An operational manual explaining how to create delicious pasta dishes with cooking times and techniques.
  • Store design for 30 m2, 60 m2, or 90 m2. Want a larger corner? Just ask, and we’ll work on it.
  • Technical and operational tools.
  • Raw materials (pasta and sauces).
  • Basic training for starting a business.

Pastabar Bronze

This is the basic version of the pastabar, similar to the one opened in Caserta and currently in operation:

  • Area: 30m²
  • Only takeaway and delivery service
  • Employee restroom
  • City center or outskirts
  • Preferably with a chimney

Pastabar Silver

This is the upgraded version of Pastabar Bronze, suitable for larger spaces:

  • Area: 60m²
  • Up to 8 tables
  • Possibility of a high snack counter for support without chairs
  • No table service
  • Employee restroom
  • City center or outskirts
  • Preferably with a chimney

Pastabar Gold

This is the premium version of the previous pastabars:

  • Area: 90m²
  • Possibility of 12 tables or more, depending on indoor/outdoor space
  • Possibility of a high snack counter for support without chairs
  • Table service available
  • Restrooms for customers and employees
  • City center or high-traffic area
  • Preferably with a chimney

Pastabar Platinum

This is the fully customizable version of Pastabar where the franchisee can choose a size larger than 90 m². With the support of our interior designer and a project developed by our architect, they will be able to have a unique and personalized venue!
